Great property and easy rental. Check in and check out were super easy - we were able to do both outside of office hours. Clear instructions led us to a clean property feet from the beach. We'll definitely be renting here again.
Bryant Real Estate-Stepping up and taking care of their customer when a well planned vacation doesn't go quite right. Want to give a "shout out" to Bryant Real Estate. While vacationing in Carolina Beach, our Condo(Carolina Surf) was condemned during our stay. The week started off with access to our pool being denied, access to our balcony and roof top balcony being denied, due to the fact the balconies were deemed unsafe and the pool resided below the balconies. If this wasn't bad enough, on Friday we were abruptly notified that we had to evacuate immediately. This resulted in an immediate end to our vacation and an unplanned 12hr drive back home. After explaining this to Bryant’s Management, they immediately stepped up and re-reimbursed us for our vacation. Thank you again to Bryant for stepping up in a situation where his customer's expectations were not met.
We had a few issues that Bryant took care of quickly (loose toilet handle and ice machine that wasn't dispensing- it needed a part so it wasn't fixed while we were there but that was okay) and with minimal interruptions to our vacation time. Check in was very quick- I was afraid of long lines- it took less than 1 minute and we were on the way. Check out was as simple as putting the key in the box. We will be back for sure and hope to be at the same condo and use Bryant Realty again!
I've gone through many different real estate companies in Wrightsville Beach, Bryant had the most reasonable prices, great locations, and they are so easy to work with!!
This was our second time at Kure beach and the first time with a reality company. I had questions in the months prior to our reservation and I was always able to have my phone call answered right away. The staff was very professional. We even arrived early and Bryant checked into the status of the condo, allowing us to check in early.
Had another great week at Wrightsville Beach. We have enjoyed staying at this same property for years. We love how convenient it is to restaurants and the walking loop. Not to mention we love being on the beach.
