Captain Joe, Captian Joe, Kirby and the rest of the crew of the Shamrock exceed expectations every year. We have gone on the Pirates Tour, Fishing Cruise, and the Masonboro Island taxi. They make it all very fun and reasonably priced (particularly if you have any understanding of the water world and their expenses.)

Took my kids on the eco shelling cruise. This was fantasic. The crew was great and we all had fun and learned quite a bit. Will definitely do this again.
Captain Joe and Kirby took us out for a remembrance of a family member who had recently passed away. They were AMAZING! They were very accommodating and respectful of our time together to remember our loved one and also very knowledgeable about the area. We WILL be back to go on one or more of their other boat excursions. Thanks Captain Joe and Kirby - we couldn't have asked for a better morning out!
Epic! Cute safe and clean boat expertly navigated by ornithologist and boat Captain Joe and his friendly, professional, and well-educated staff. Booked the sunset cruise with a family of nine and we all had a great time riding around the intracoastal waterway for an hour and a half while listening to a curated playlist of fabulous tunes and receiving a natural and historical overview of Wrightsville Beach and the surrounding area. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing evening on the water in the ILM area.
